Description: I had once dreamt about crows circling a tree like moths to a light. On a vacation that turned rainy, I was shooting stock of bare trees, and centered one in my composition to evoke a very deliberate power in my image. I was about to leave when dozens of black birds flocked into the orchard to perch and noisily socialize. As I knelt quietly, they re-grouped from tree to tree until, as my wishes came true, they landed a few times in the tree I was focused upon.
