Description: I have always been intrigued by the symbiotic relationship between the Clownfish (in this case, a Tomato Clown, Amphiprion frenatus) and the anemone. Photographically, I find the vibrant colors of the Clown offset by the rich textures of the anemone very compelling. My trip to Fiji last fall was my first opportunity to capture them in the wild.

Through my photography, I strive to capture nature in all of its splendor. My passions are wildlife and underwater photography. This is the third year in a row that my underwater photography has been selected for the World in Focus exhibit and its predecessor, the Northwest Exhibition of Environmental Photography. My photographs are available on my website and in galleries in Hawaii.
